TCIA is a beautiful center dedicated to the healing of body, mind, and spirit. Instruction in yoga, Tai Chi, and qigong is offered, both in group classes and private sessions. Therapeutic massage and energy medicine sessions are also available by appointment.
The center is owned and operated by Karen Sifton and Roger Hornsby, two of the most experienced and well-respected teachers of mind/body arts in the West Georgia area and co-authors of the nationally distributed book Energy.
